accrediting body exclusively dealing with the Community Health segment of
healthcare. This financially stable, not for profit organization serves hospice,
home medical equipment, pharmacy, infusion therapy nursing, private duty
professional and paraprofessional services, home care aide services, public
health, supplemental staffing services, community nursing centers. The rapidly
growing organization seeks a dynamic leader as their Vice President
Accreditation.
The position will provide the opportunity to set the standards of care in
community health and be at the forefront of designing techniques to assess
quality. This mission driven individual will oversee all site visits ensuring
they are consultative in nature and provide a learning opportunity for all
involved. As one of the most visible leaders in Community Health this individual
will act as the point person for trends in the industry, clinical issues raised
at site visits and legislation that effects the industry. As VP, this individual
will need to be a mentor to the team and lead by example through providing
excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be results oriented, demonstrate initiative,
and have a high energy level. This individual must build relationships with a
variety of individuals and possess highly effective communication skills. This
challenging position requires previous home healthcare experience along with
exposure to an accreditation process, and above all, the passion for ensuring
that the highest levels of care are consistently met.
