Vice President, Home Care
The Synergy Organization has been retained by a financially strong, not-for-profit, Home Health organization. They are one of the largest providers of home care in the region and they are ingrained in the community with a long, rich history of providing mission-driven quality care. They offer a variety of skilled nursing services including: IV and infusion therapy, wound care, ostomy care, incontinence program, cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes management, pre-hospice care, hospice care, and mental health. They also offer Certified Home Health Aides, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and Pastoral Care/Medical Social Services. Their Life Assess program is distinguished by JCAHO as the first in the Nation to be Disease-Specific Certified in caring for the specific needs of the frail elderly. Home Health and Hospice Services are a wholly owned subsidiary of an Integrated Health System providing financial viability and stability for the future, as well as all the resources associated with being affiliated with one of the top Health Systems in the region. They have also recently been voted as one of the "Best Places to Work".

In this highly visible role, the Vice President will establish the strategic direction for the region ensuring they provide exceptional care and continue to compare favorably against national benchmarks. This leader will develop new opportunities to expand their regional presence, driving the revenue and overall profitability of the very successful organization. In this mission critical position, the individual will act as the advocate for home care throughout the System promoting their services and building relationships. The Vice President will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop the committed management team, create an environment focused on achieving a high level of customer service, and continue to expand the integration of technology throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong values, have passion and enthusiasm, and be a team player. This proven leader must also have strong business acumen, as well as being resilient and flexible. This challenging position requires leadership experience in a Home Care setting.
